Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actor. She was born on August 4th, 1981. She is most famous for her roles in the movies The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You and for roles in television show Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. Her current role is Amantha in Rectify the Sundance Channel drama. Abigail Leigh Spencer works as an actress on the film and TV industry. She was known for her roles on the drama series Rectify and on the sci-fi show Timeless. Born in Gulf Breeze Florida she made her acting debut by playing a character in the soap opera All My Children. The actress was awarded the Soap Opera Digest Award for the most outstanding female newcomer. Her roles were mostly as guest actors for several years in TV series. The most well-known was her role as Dr. Erin Jameson, in the television show Hawthorne. She slowly grew a large following thanks to her gorgeous appearance and amazing acting skills. In the year 2000, she made her acting debut in the movie Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War & Chasing Mavericks were some of her other movies. The role she played on Beautiful Now earned her a nomination for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. In the past, she played Lucy Preston (history professor) in Timeless. Spencer is nominated for Teen Choice Award after her performance in the series received praise from viewers and critics.
